Q. How do I choose the right size for my body type?

A. Our size chart is based on body measurements. If your measurements fall in between sizes, we recommend the following:

  • For swimwear, opt for a smaller size.

  • For beachwear, you can select a size up.

Q. Do you offer plus size options?

Q. Do you offer custom sizing for your garments?

A. Yes, we do. We charge 250 INR per style in this case as craftsmanship charges. These orders are prepaid and non-returnable. Any alterations needed will be handled by us. Q. Can the removable pads be stitched with the fabric?

A.  The removable pads cannot be stitched to the fabric or fixed permanently.

Q. Can I exchange or return items if the size doesn't fit as expected?

A. Yes, we can exchange the size or the product for the same or higher value in selected categories. Please check the exchange and return policy for more information.

Q. Can I get a refund for items I've purchased?

A. All purchases are non-refundable, Beachwear, Bralette and Nightwear are exchangeable.

Q. How does your exchange policy work?

A. Following are the steps for exchange :

  •  All Tags and Labels are to be intact and products should be unused.

  •  You can exchange purchased items within 7 days of receiving your order via email.

  •  Please make an unboxing video to initiate the claim process and share it via email.

  • Exchange can be for an item of equal or greater value.

  • Shipping charge to be borne by the customer.

Q. Can I exchange an item more than once?

A. No, you can only exchange any order once.

Q. What is the process for exchanging an item?

Q. Are there any charges for exchanges?

A. The customer is required to ship the return to the company’s address. Shipping charges of Rs. 200 to be paid by the customer to shipping of exchange order.

Q. Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?

A. Swimwear, panties, lingerie sets, and accessories like masks and scrunchies are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Shipping Policy FAQs

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

A. We charge Rs 200 for shipping on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, shipping is free on all prepaid orders.

Q. How does the delivery process work once I place an order?

A. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin processing your order. Orders are shipped within 72 hours except Sundays.

Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?

A. You will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Q. What is the typical delivery time frame?

A. Orders are usually delivered within 1-7 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. However, delivery times may vary depending on the location within India and any unforeseen shipping delays.

Q. What should I do to ensure timely delivery?

A. It's essential to provide an accurate phone number, address, PIN code, and shipping details to ensure your order reaches you promptly. Additionally, please ensure availability to attend phone calls from the delivery personnel for timely delivery. Orders are shipped on all days except holidays and Sundays.

Q. What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

A. If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, we will contact you immediately. After three failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and the order will be canceled. In the case of prepaid orders, a credit note will be issued after deducting Rs. 200 for shipping charges.
